Ben Wallace is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex trial litigation, appellate litigation, and strategic counseling.
Before joining Kirkland, Ben served as a law clerk to retired Justice Anthony M. Kennedy and Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh of the Supreme Court of the United States, Judge Sri Srinivasan of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and Judge Raymond M. Kethledge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Ben also served as an attorney-adviser in the Office of Legal Counsel at the United States Department of Justice. In that role, Ben assisted in advising the President and executive branch agencies on complex issues of constitutional and statutory law.
