Roxanne Walton is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice centers on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and debt restructurings. Roxanne has experience representing private equity funds, hedge funds, project sponsors, financial institutions, public and private issuers and aircraft lessors and airline operators in a wide variety of corporate transactions based in the United States and abroad, including mergers and acquisitions and acquisition financing, investment grade lending, cash-flow based lending, asset-based lending (including reserve-based lending for oil and gas transactions), mortgage warehouse facilities and notes offerings, mezzanine financing and subordinated debt financing and leasing transactions. In addition, Roxanne is experienced in debtor-in-possession and exit financing and workouts and restructurings on behalf of both issuers and financial institutions, as well as working capital arrangements, debt compliance matters and corporate governance matters.
