Robert B. Warfield is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Rob represents commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors and strategics in various types of energy and infrastructure transactions, including bank and bond financings and other structured debt transactions. His representations involve transactions spread across a wide range of energy and infrastructure projects, including LNG, solar, wind, biomass, power and petrochemicals.
