Eric’s practice focuses on acquisition financings for top-tier private equity sponsors and their portfolio company borrowers. His representative clients include Warburg Pincus, KKR, Thomas H. Lee Partners, Bain Capital, BC Partners, Stone Point Capital, Siris Capital and EQT, among others.
Eric is recognized by numerous industry publications as a leading lawyer for Banking & Finance, including the 2020–2023 editions of Chambers Global and the 2018–2022 editions of Chambers USA.
