Eric Wedel is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis’ Debt Finance practice. Eric has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in all types of both secured and unsecured lending transactions, including asset-based, first-lien, second-lien, mezzanine and high-yield transactions.
