Adam Whitehouse is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on acquisitions, divestitures and formation of joint ventures involving energy assets and the oil and gas industry. Adam has represented clients in connection with the purchase and sale of a broad range of energy assets, including upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas assets and companies, as well as chemicals assets. Adam’s transactional experience also includes advising clients in connection with the formation of joint ventures and complex energy projects, farm-out and participation agreements to develop oil and gas properties, oil and gas financing transactions, purchase and sale agreements, offtake agreements for various products, and other commercial transactions.
