Sara Whyte is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sara advises private equity sponsors, public companies, asset managers, and specialty finance companies in a broad range of complex finance transactions. She provides practical and commercially-focused guidance in the structuring, negotiation, and ongoing operation of structured finance platforms for clients across a variety of industries, including hospitality, automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, insurance and financial services. Sara has extensive experience related to accounts receivable financing, issuances of asset-backed securities, warehouse loan facilities, CLOs, forward flow transactions, and supply chain finance. She also has significant experience with M&A transactions and frequently counsels clients on a variety of corporate governance and strategic matters.

Sara has represented such clients as Centerbridge, Comvest Partners, Golden Gate Capital, TPG, Ryan Specialty Group, Travel + Leisure, Charter Communications, Carvana, Kraft Heinz and Teva Pharmaceuticals, among others.
