Defended a health sciences company against a California wage and hour class action regarding the classification of independent contractors.
Defended a major utility against coordinated mass tort litigation arising out of California wildfires.
Defended an accounting firm against professional negligence claims arising out of the sale of broadcasting spectrum rights.
Represented a software company in litigation against an overseas distributor who failed to make payments required by the contract.
Represented a fashion entrepreneur in a multi-week trial in the Los Angeles Superior Court regarding ownership and control of an LLC.
