India D. Williams is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in the Government, Regulatory & Internal Investigations Practice Group. She has worked on a number of governmental and internal investigations in the transportation, healthcare, energy, and retail sectors. India also has substantial experience in negotiating complex global finance deals totaling over $10 billion. Before joining the Firm, India was a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In addition, India is active in several of the firm’s diversity efforts. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Alabama School of Law.
