Jessica Woolf is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on debt financings. She primarily represents corporate borrowers, private equity clients and lenders in connection with complex secured and unsecured financing transactions for U.S. and non-U.S. transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, senior and subordinated lending transactions, second lien, mezzanine and asset-based financings and other banking and credit matters. Transactions range in size from tens of millions to in excess of thirty billion dollars.
