- Represented the audit committee of the board of directors of RISE Education (NASDAQ: REDU) on RISE Education’s merger with Dada Auto Inc. (NaaS), a leading operation and technology provider serving China’s electric vehicle charging market, pursuant to which NaaS shareholders will exchange all of the issued and outstanding share capital of NaaS for newly issued shares of RISE Education. The combined company has a market capitalization of approximately US$1.77 billion
- Represented Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, the joint sponsors of 360 DigiTech, Inc. (HKSE: 3660; NASDAQ: QFIN), a leading credit-tech platform in China, on the global offering and secondary listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
- Represented Vision Deal HK Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), on its listing of shares (HKSE: 7827) and warrants (HKSE: 4827) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 10, 2022. This marks the second Hong Kong SPAC listing, the first Hong Kong SPAC listing led by promoters with substantial entrepreneurial and private equity background, and the largest Hong Kong SPAC listing by offering size at the time of listing
- Represented Magnum Opus Acquisition Limited (NYSE: OPA), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, on its proposed business combination with Forbes Global Media Holdings Inc., the iconic business information brand

- Represented Scholar Education Group (HKSE: 1769), a leading K-12 after-school education service provider in Guangdong Province, in its HK$384 million global offering and listing on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- Represented China East Education Holdings Limited (HKSE: 667), the largest PRC vocational training education provider, in its US$625 million global offering and listing on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- Represented China Xinhua Education Group Limited (HKSE: 2779), the largest private higher education provider in the Yangtze River Delta of China, in its US$168 million global offering and listing on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- Represented China New Higher Education Group Limited (HKSE:2001), a leading private formal higher education group in China, in its US$102 million global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
