Corey Zarse is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group of the corporate department where he focuses his practice on the representation of private investment funds, investment advisers, investment companies, broker-dealers and governance. Corey advises clients regarding ongoing regulatory and compliance issues; mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures involving investment advisers, broker-dealers and funds; and private offerings of securities. He also has significant experience counseling registered open-and closed-end funds and their directors.
