Meiping Zhao is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. She has experience in a range of matters including advising private equity and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures and listed company compliance.
Meiping is responsible for know-how, training and thought leadership for Kirkland’s M&A and private equity practices across its Asia offices.
Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis, Meiping worked at a magic circle firm in Hong Kong and London, and is qualified to practice in both jurisdictions. Her experience includes a secondment to the in-house M&A team of a major international bank.
