Laura B. Zhu is an intellectual property associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on patent and trade secret disputes. She has worked with patents involving a variety of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products. Laura has experience in various stages of litigation, including initial pre-suit analysis and strategy, fact and expert discovery. In addition to her litigation experience, Laura has experience with arbitration and IP due diligence.
Laura has also been involved in several of the firm’s pro bono programs, including advocating for persons seeking asylum in the United States.
