Top Performer and Compass Award Winner 2018

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) named Kirkland & Ellis a 2018 “Top Performer” and “Compass Award” winner. The “Top Performer” designation recognizes LCLD’s most active member organizations, and the “Compass Award” recognizes members that personally attend LCLD’s Annual Meeting and participate in LCLD’s Fellows and Pathfinder programs, as well as at least one LCLD pipeline program. Earning both recognitions signals Kirkland’s commitment to building a more diverse organization and a more inclusive legal profession. Kirkland was one of 21 law firms recognized as both a “Top Performer” and “Compass Award” winner.
