Iranian Oil and North Korean Coal: US Calls for Tougher Checks on Maritime Trade and Finance

Kirkland of counsel Abigail Cotterill is quoted in Global Trade Review regarding a recent Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) advisory on maritime trade. The guidance brings attention to the energy and metals sectors, as well as other communities which benefit from global maritime trade.
