Kirkland Advises Silverfleet Capital on the Sale of CCC Group

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP is advising Silverfleet Capital on the sale of CCC Group, a leading provider of call center services, to French mid-cap private equity investor Ardian. The sale is completed by way of a competitive auction process with numerous bidders. The value of the transaction, which is subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities, has not been disclosed.

Silverfleet Capital, one of Europe's leading independent private equity firms, acquired CCC from Ardian in 2013 and is now transferring the group back.

Founded in Vienna in 1998, CCC is a fast growing call center provider with more than 5,500 staff at 18 locations in Germany, France, Austria, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Turkey.
