Kirkland Represents Wynn Macau in US$1B Senior Notes Offering
Kirkland & Ellis advised Wynn Macau, Limited (1128.HK), a leading developer, owner and operator of two integrated destination resorts in Macau, Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau, in the offering of US$1 billion 5.125% senior notes due 2029 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.
