Kirkland Advises on $2.36 Billion U.S. IPO of Lufax

Kirkland & Ellis represented the underwriters on the $2.36 billion initial public offering of American depositary shares on the New York Stock Exchange of Lufax Holding Ltd, a leading technology-empowered personal financial services platform in China, under the symbol “LU” on October 30, 2020.  The underwriters for the IPO included Goldman Sachs (Asia), BofA Securities, UBS Securities, HSBC Securities (USA), China PA Securities (Hong Kong), Morgan Stanley, CLSA, Jefferies, J.P. Morgan Securities, BOCI Asia, Haitong International Securities, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, China Renaissance Securities (Hong Kong) and KeyBanc Capital Markets.
