Kirkland Advises on $288M U.S. IPO of 17 Education & Technology

Kirkland & Ellis represented the underwriters on the $288 million initial public offering of American depositary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market of 17 Education & Technology Group Inc., a leading education technology company in China, under the ticker symbol “YQ”. The offering was priced on December 4, 2020.

The underwriters included Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs (Asia), BofA Securities, China Renaissance and Tiger Brokers.
