Kirkland Advises Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. on $1.2 Billion AeroFarms Combination

Kirkland & Ellis advised Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: SV), a special purpose acquisition company, in its pending $1.2 billion business combination with AeroFarms, a public benefit corporation and certified B corporation that is a leading indoor vertical farming company. Upon completion of the transaction, which is expected in Q2 2021, the combined company will be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “ARFM.”
