Kirkland Represents Kinzon Capital on Renminbi-to-Dollar Fund Recapitalization

Kirkland & Ellis represented Kinzon Capital, an early stage technology venture investor in China, on the successful closing of a renminbi-to-dollar fund recapitalization. The deal was worth around US$100 million in net asset value and included follow-on capital for new investments.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partners Carol Liu and Damian Jacobs and included transactional partner Shuting Qi and tax partner Mike Greenberg.
