Overview

Raymond Woodring is an of-counsel attorney in the intellectual property group of the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.  His practice focuses on advertising litigation, including actions under section 43(a) of the Lanham Act and challenges brought before the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc., as well as its appellate body, the National Advertising Review Board.  Raymond also has experience in all aspects of patent litigation, including infringement and invalidity contentions, expert discovery, claim construction, pre- and post-trial motion practice, and appeals.
