Overview

Constantine Skarvelis is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on representing large and middle market private equity sponsors as well as public and private companies in a variety of complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, minority investments, joint ventures and distressed company transactions. Constantine has experience counseling clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, healthcare, technology, software, business services, industrial, aerospace, media and telecom.

Constantine serves on several Firmwide committees, including the Firmwide Finance Committee, Associate Review Committee and Pro Bono Management Committee.
