Overview

Jeremy Roux is an intellectual property partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office, where he focuses his practice on intellectual property and product liability litigation. Jeremy has successfully handled cases in all phases of litigation in both federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings. He has represented clients in matters involving a variety of technologies including medical devices, automotive components, databases and telecommunication technologies.

Jeremy received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was elected to Order of the Coif. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jeremy worked as an engineer at BNSF Railway.
