Theresa Cederoth Horan is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, government enforcement actions, and internal investigations. Theresa’s complex commercial litigation practice includes experience in antitrust, False Claims Act, securities, and shareholder derivative litigation matters. She defends corporations in government enforcement actions alleging violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, and antitrust laws; conducts internal investigations for a variety of clients; and counsels clients on the adequacy of their internal controls and compliance policies and procedures.
