Overview

Patrick Arnett is an intellectual property litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on patent and trade secret litigation and counseling in a variety of technical fields, including software, cloud computing, consumer electronics, RFID, automotive, artificial intelligence, wireless networking and semiconductor technology. Patrick has played an integral role on case teams in federal courts, as well as before the USPTO and ITC. He has achieved numerous favorable outcomes for clients at all stages, including early resolution of cases, in dispositive motions, and at trial. He also has experience in witness examination, oral argument and all aspects of discovery.
