Overview

Patrick Weeks is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Patrick represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal court and arbitration proceedings, with a focus on matters involving the False Claims Act, drug pricing, and trade secrets. He has broad experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, financial services, and consumer product industries.

Patrick also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in § 1983 litigation and immigration proceedings. He is a member of the Firm’s Associates Committee and the Kirkland Pride affinity group.
