Overview

Taylor Rothman is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Taylor has broad experience in complex commercial litigation and government investigations. Her commercial litigation experience includes antitrust, healthcare fraud, data privacy, False Claims Act and breach of contract matters. She has played an integral role in several class actions and other cases involving federal and state courts. Her government investigations experience includes internal antitrust investigations. Taylor also maintains an active pro bono practice.
