Steven Page is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on advising private equity firms and private companies on complex M&A and corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions, leveraged buyouts, “going-private” transactions, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, dividends and equity financings, executive compensation and incentive equity matters, as well as other general corporate matters. Over the course of his career, Steven has represented clients in transactions focused on the software, food, specialty chemicals, healthcare, apparel and infrastructure industries.
