Overview

Erin Cady is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial cases at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts across the country. She has represented clients in litigation matters across a broad array of subject areas, including class actions, antitrust, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, oil & gas, and trade secret misappropriation. Prior to joining Kirkland, Erin served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
