Susan Golden is a partner in the Restructuring Department of Kirkland & Ellis with wide-ranging responsibility for market intelligence, knowledge resources, thought leadership, attorney education, and internal legal transformation and efficiency efforts.

Susan was previously a trial attorney in the Office of the United States Trustee for the Southern District of New York, where she was their lead counsel in some of the largest cases filed in the Southern District of New York, including Lehman Brothers, American Airlines, Kodak, and LightSquared.
