Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, one of the largest global hospitality companies, on its agreement to sell its European vacation rental business to Platinum Equity for approximately US$1.3 billion.
Global Logistics Properties on financing and structuring aspects of its acquisition of European logistics business IDI Gazeley from Brookfield Asset Management for approximately US$2.8 billion.
Before joining Kirkland, Loviisa worked on the following matters:
A litigation with HMRC regarding the VAT treatment of Tesco’s Clubcard scheme.
A sale by National Bank of Greece of its 99.91 per cent stake in its Bulgarian subsidiary United Bulgarian Bank and its 100 per cent stake in Interlease to KBC Bank for €610m.
