Overview

Pierre-Luc Arsenault focuses his practice on the representation of strategic and private equity clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and joint ventures. His experience also includes advising clients on corporate governance matters. Since relocating to Hong Kong in late 2009, Pierre has handled matters for several private equity clients, including Advantage Partners, Arsenal Capital Partners, Bain Capital, Bain Capital Credit, The Blackstone Group, Blue Point Capital Partners, FTV Capital, KKR and Oaktree Capital Management.
