Nisha Kanchanapoomi is a corporate partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Nisha’s practice focuses on all aspects of debt financing transactions, including the representation of private equity sponsors, hedge funds, public and private companies and financial institutions in secured and unsecured financings, cash-flow and asset-based facilities, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, cross-border transactions, workouts and restructurings, and first lien-second-lien, mezzanine, subordinated and unitranche financings. Nisha has negotiated and closed transactions in a diverse group of industries, including the technology, energy, entertainment, media, retail, healthcare and life sciences industries.
