Overview

Will Boothby is a corporate partner in Kirkland & Ellis’s New York office, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions. He regularly represents private equity investors, private companies and public companies in a variety of strategic transactions, including leveraged buyouts, carve-outs and minority investments. He also counsels clients with respect to general corporate and governance matters and de-SPAC transactions. Will was recognized in the 2019–2022 editions of IFLR1000 as a "Notable Practitioner" for Private Equity and M&A and named as a “Rising Star” by The Deal in 2021.
