Overview

Phil Giglio is a partner in the Investment Funds Group of the corporate department. He focuses his practice on the representation of investment advisers, private investment funds, and investment companies. He has experience representing investment advisers in the formation and operation of their private investment funds as well as their secondary market transactions involving private equity, hedge, and real estate fund interests. In addition, he has significant experience in large business transactions involving the purchase and sale of asset managers.
