Overview

Alex Henriques's practice focuses on patent infringement litigation in federal courts and the International Trade Commission. He has represented clients spanning a broad range of technologies and industries, including semiconductor fabrication, telecommunications and networking, computer software and hardware, medical devices, and orthopedic surgery. Alex has experience in all phases of federal court and ITC litigation, USPTO inter partes review proceedings, and Federal Circuit appeals.
