Overview

Austin Glassman is a corporate partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on financing transactions and arrangements including the representation of private equity sponsors, investment funds, corporate borrowers, and lending institutions in secured and unsecured financings, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, project financings, and venture debt and bridge financings. Austin also has experience with M&A transactions and the representation of registered and unregistered investment funds in a variety of matters including fund formation.
