David Towarnicky is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His work primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions. Previously, David spent more than two years working in banking as a foreign currency trader and bank officer with Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T).
