Southern District of Texas Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas will host its Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference on May 9–11, 2018 at the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel Bayfront Tower in Corpus Christi, TX. This year’s conference will cover a wide range of restructuring-related matters, such as topics for affecting creditors in Chapter 11, independent fiduciaries, plan structuring, federal government issues, electronic discovery and more.
