Kellogg Turnaround Management Conference

 The Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, in conjunction with the Larry and Carol Levy Institute for Entrepreneurial Practice, will hold its Turnaround Management Conference on May 2, 2012 at the University Club of Chicago.  The conference will provide a forum to learn about factors critical to success in turnaround situations, address current challenges posed by today’s economic environment, and discuss current trends in the industry.  Topics will include, “Valuation of Distressed Companies” and “Union Negotiations in Restructuring,” among others.

Kirkland partner James H.M. Sprayregen will participate on the panel discussion “Coping with Dodd-Frank Reforms and New Regulations During Turnarounds.”
