The 9th Annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference

The Wharton School and University of Pennsylvania Law School will hold their 9th Annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference on February 22, 2013 at the Hyatt at The Bellevue in Philadelphia. This year's theme, "Health of Nations: Distress, Recovery or Revival?," will offer a unique opportunity to discuss the current economic climate and issues of debt, investing and restructuring across the globe with insolvency professionals. Topics will include, "Distressed Private Equity Deal-Making in a Non-Distressed Market," "The Muni Storm on the Horizon" and "Operational Restructuring," among others.

Kirkland partners James Sprayregen and Edward Sassower will moderate the panel discussion entitled "Distressed Hedge Funds." Kirkland partner Patrick Nash will participate as a panelist on the topic "Case Study: AMF Bowling, Inc. - Bowling a Strike in the Middle Market."
