Chicago Bar Association’s Headline Topics in Commercial Bankruptcy

Chicago Bar Association (CBA) will hold their Continuing Legal Education Seminar, Headline Topics in Commercial Bankruptcy, on November 12, 2013 at CBA Headquarters in Chicago. The program will cover several current hot topics within the insolvency profession. Topics will include, "Focus on Healthcare" and "Constitutional and Statutory Challenges to the Bankruptcy Court's Authority," among others.

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen will participate as a panelist on the topic "Municipal Bankruptcies."
