Practising Law Institute Fundamentals of Copyright Law in the Data Era 2015

On June 25, 2015, the Practising Law Institute (PLI) will present Fundamentals of Copyright Law in the Data Era 2015. The San Francisco program, which will be held at the PLI California Center, will focus on copyright in the digital data era and the rising issues challenging copyright enforcement. The program is designed for both new and more seasoned copyright attorneys. Kirkland attorneys Dale Cendali and Joshua Simmons will present "New Cases in Copyright Law - Internet and Beyond." The session will focus on the impact of case law on copyright law practice along with potential future copyright conflicts.
