INSOL International PRC Half Day Seminars on Cross Border Insolvency and Restructuring

INSOL International will host its PRC Half Day Seminars on Cross-border Insolvency and Restructuring on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the offices of King & Wood Mallesons in Beijing, China and Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the offices of EY in Shanghai, China. The seminars will include a Bankruptcy Law Update, marking the 10th anniversary of the Chinese Bankruptcy Law, with a focus on the history of the practice over the last decade.

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen will deliver the opening remarks in both Beijing and Shanghai. He will also participate as a panelist in the “Brazilian bankruptcy regime-how Chinese investments have been affected by Brazilian distressed companies” session in Shanghai.
