8th Annual Review of Insolvency Law Conference

The University of British Columbia will hold its 8th Annual Review of Insolvency Law Conference on February 4, 2011 at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in Toronto.  The conference will examine current issues facing insolvency law professionals.  Topics will include, "Capital Markets: Past and Current Trends, Predictions for the Future," "Restructuring of Financial Institutions," and "Credit Bidding in Insolvency Proceedings," among others.

Kirkland partner James H.M. Sprayregen will participate on the "The Impact of Long-arm Legislation on Canadian Restructurings" panel.
