American Bankruptcy Institute 2011 Canadian-American Cross-Border Insolvency Symposium

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold their Canadian-American Cross-Border Insolvency Symposium on November 7, 2011 at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.  The conference offers a unique opportunity for bankruptcy practitioners from the United States and Canada to convene for a day of CLE and networking opportunities.  Topics will include, "Too Big to Fail. Or Is It?," "Labour Relations Issues on Restructuring- The New Deal?" and "Ancillary Proceedings - US Ch 15 and CCAA Part IV - What Really Happens?" among others.
