Kirkland Advises ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners in Their Sale of Telx to Digital Realty for $1.886B

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented private equity firms ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners in its sale of New York City-based Telx, a national provider of data center colocation, interconnection and cloud enablement solutions, to Digital Realty Trust, Inc.
