Kirkland Represents Accenture on Acquisition of DayNine

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Accenture (NYSE: ACN), a leading global professional services company, on its acquisition of DayNine Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: WDAY), a global Workday consulting and implementation services provider. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
