Kirkland Represents Arsenal Capital Partners in Final Closing of Fund IV at $1.3 Billion Hard Cap

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading New York-based private equity firm that invests in lower middle-market specialty industrial and health care companies, which announced Thursday that it completed fundraising for Arsenal Capital Fund IV L.P. at its $1.3 billion hard cap. The firm’s previous fund, Arsenal Capital Partners III LP, was raised in 2012 with $875 million of committed capital.  Since inception in 2000, Arsenal has raised institutional equity investment funds totaling $2.975 billion.
